Leahy vetting request from NAS, on AML/CTF Training for SAT
Supervisors, September 10, 2008. Post appreciates receiving a
response, if possible before September 10, 2008, but no later than
10 business days per WHA/MEX guidelines.

2. Post possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human
