1. POLCHIEF delivered Reftel talking points on the
designation of an additional five Iranian entities for
proliferation activities to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Ambassador Ciro Amaury Dargam, Assistant Secretary of
International Organizations Affairs, took our views on board
but had no immediate reply. We will report any subsequent
Dominican response.
