1. Per Reftel, post contacted the Defense Acquisition
Program Administration (DAPA) and Dreamtech Technology by
phone, email and facsimile. An on-site visit was not
possible due to time and resource constraints.

2. Assistant Director CHUNG Jong-wook of DAPA's Aircraft
Contract Team confirmed to post that the parts will be
used to overhaul F-5 aircraft belonging to the Republic
of Korea's Air Force (ROKAF). A copy of the purchase
order between DAPA and Dreamtech Technology will be sent
separately by email. DAPA also confirmed that Dreamtech
Technology is a DAPA-registered contractor that performs
overhaul maintenance work for the ROKAF, ROK Army and ROK
Navy.

3. President KANG Dae-jong of Dreamtech Technology also
confirmed to post that the licensed parts were received
by his firm on April 9, 2008 from Mytech, the U.S. seller.
Based on Post's conversations with Dreamtech no other
consignees were involved in the transaction. The
completed parts for the F-5 jet fighter are scheduled to
be delivered to the ROKAF Logistics Command on November
20, 2008. The point of contact is Sergeant PARK Jin-soo
at ROKAF Logistics Command.

4. Dreamtech Technology is fully aware of the importance
of USML restrictions and employs dedicated staff with the
expertise to deal with military transactions.
