1. Ministry of Defense officials confirmed the details of
the Nippon Avionics contract with us August 14. They said
the items are for repairs and upgrades to equipment belonging
to the Japanese Third Depot Air Self Defense Forces (ASDF).

2. Details of the two contracts covered by this license:

-- Repair Avionics Status Panel; MOD Contract FY07#21452;
dated December 25, 2007; delivery deadline October 31, 2008.

-- Upgrade Avionics Status Panel 663-101000-21; MOD Contract
FY07#21453; dated December 25, 2007; delivery deadline
October 31, 2008.

3. EmbOff met with Nippon Avionics representatives July 15,
who confirmed their company had received the parts and is
working on the repairs and upgrade. The parts are currently
physically located at the Nippon Avionics office. The
representatives said they were not aware of any companies
involved in this transaction other than the three listed on
ref.
