Post delivered reftel demarche to Ambassador M. K. Ibrahim,
Deputy Director of the Second United Nations Department at
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ambassador Ibrahim
requested that Poloff deliver the demarche in writing, rather
than in person, as he was otherwise occupied and would not
have time to receive us anytime in the near future. Post
will keep Department apprised of any response on the matter
from the GON.
