Econoff delivered reftel non-paper September 2 to Patricia
Cortes, North America Director at the Ministry of Foreign
Relations. Ms. Cortes said the GOC had not yet determined
the level of its participation en the October 25-26 Sharm
el-Sheikh ministerial-level meeting on avian and pandemic
influenza, but agreed to circulate the non-paper with
appropriate ministries and advise as possible on GOC plans.
