1. The following is a detailed accounting of actual expenditures for
the American Business Association of Zimbabwe (ABAZ) 2008 forum held
on August 21, 2008 and funded by Business Facilitation Incentive
Fund (BFIF). As instructed in reftel A, receipts and supporting
documents will be faxed to Gale Gray in EEB/EX at (202) 647-1888.

BFIF Funds Allotment: $7,000 per reftel A.
Total obligated: $7,000.

Cancellation fee for Mbui Wagacha's flight $221.00

Provision of management and organization services to ABAZ for the
organization of the Just Business Economic Forum 2008.
