(SBU) Poloff delivered reftel demarches August 29 to Alice
Kimpembe, head of the International Organizations directorate
at the MFA. Kimpembe did not give a detailed reaction to the
USG position on the Russia-Georgia conflict, noting that the
GDRC opposes any violation of another country's territorial
integrity, particularly given the DRC's concern over its own
territorial integrity.
