following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.

2. The following individuals will attend the Advanced
Defense Policy Seminar Course in Washington, D.C. from
October 7 to November 7, 2008. The names are listed with the
surname first:
