1. Charge d'Affaires, a.i., Whitaker and Political Specialist Idi
Moussa delivered subject demarche to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
Cooperation Director for the Americas, Asia, and Oceania Sani Nana
Aicha Andia and Desk Officer for the Americas Aboubacar Danbarma on
September 19.

2. Aicha Andia stated that the demarche would be hand-carried to
the Nigerien delegation in New York on September 21 by Director for
International Organizations and United Nations Affairs Sandi Sahadi
Abdou. Post will advise if further information becomes available.
