1. (U) This cable responds to ref e-mail request to conduct
human rights vetting, as required by the Leahy Amendment, for
German military representatives who plan to attend the
Sovereign Challenge Conference from November 17-20, 2008 at
Hurbult Field, Ft. Walton Beach, Florida.

2. (U) The POL/MIL Section and DAO at Embassy Berlin have
conducted a check of post files and databases and found no
