1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2.

2. In order to comply with Leahy vetting requirements, this cable
forwards the names and biodata of 5 Ministry of Defense officials
who have been selected to attend various International Military
Education and Training (IMET) courses. Post has reviewed the
information available on these individuals and has found no
derogatory information. Post requests Department response by
October 14, 2008.
