Numerous GOP organizations are preparing for and will send
representatives to the Financing for Development Conference.
Ines Rosa of the Portuguese Institute for Development and
Cooperation (IPAD) said the delegation will probably be led
by MFA State Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation
Joao Gomes Cravinho and will include representatives of IPAD
and the Ministry of Finance.
