On October 30, emboff met Gregor Kaplan, advisor in the MFA's
Security Policy Division, to discourage Slovenian attendance
at Iran's nuclear conference (reftel). Kaplan said that
Slovenia was not planning to participate in the conference;
he undertook to pass the non-paper to his superiors.
