On October 14 we delivered reftel points to MFA Global
Affairs Senior Advisor Henrik Foyn Skjerve. Deputy Foreign
Minister Raymond Johansen will lead the GON's Donors
Conference delegation. Although the GON will donate, Skjerve
stressed that no final sum has been decided upon. He noted
that the GON is currently considering a 10 million euro
donation.
