Per reftel, State requested posts to deliver talking points
regarding Burma's pending Global Fund application to
appropriate government officials and Global Fund Secretariat
representatives. The date of the next Country Coordinating
Mechanism has changed from November 3 to October 31, so
Embassy Rangoon proposes that posts should deliver the points
in reftel as soon as possible.
