1. (SBU) Economic Chief Philip Cummings delivered the reftel
demarche and non-paper on the additional Iranian entities and
individuals named under Executive Order 13382 to Mr. Akwasi Agyare,
acting Director of the AmericaQs Bureau at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. The MFA had no substantive response to the demarche but we
will report any subsequent GOG responses.
