payment to the following three financiers designated by the UN 1267
Committee pursuant to resolution 1267 on October 10, 2008:
--Khalifa Muhammad Turki Al-Subaiy,
--'Abd Al-Rahman Muhammad Jaffar 'Ali, and
--Adil Huhammad Mahmud Abd Al-Khaliq.
