1. (SBU) This is an action request. Please see paragraphs 2
and 3 for details.

2. (SBU) To facilitate logistical and security arrangements,
Embassy Canberra would appreciate receiving the following
information for all members of the StaffDel:

-- Security clearance level and SCI confirmation
-- Date of Birth, Place of Birth and Social Security Number
-- Name, number and expiration date of credit card for hotel
reservation

3. (SBU) For purposes of establishing the itinerary, Embassy
Canberra would appreciate detailed information on requested
meetings for the following dates and locations:

-- Sydney, Monday, December 8
-- Canberra, Tuesday, December 9

4. (SBU) Information should be forwarded to Embassy
Canberra POCs James Cole and Carol Hanlon.
