1. (U) Ambassador delivered reftel points on November 24 to
Minister of Foreign Affairs Zainab Bangura. Bangura expressed
great interest in Sierra Leone's participation in the
partnership, and would like further information on how her
government can be involved, and at what level. She stated
that a representative from the government will attend the
first meeting, pending further details.
