1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2.

2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names of two (2) Afghan nationals selected
for MOD and PPS training. Post possesses no derogatory information
on these individuals. Post requests Department's review of these
candidates by December 8, 2008.
