(SBU) Poloff conveyed reftel demarche points regarding the
recent release of reports by the International Atomic Energy
Agency (IAEA) and their upcoming meetings to Mr. Shazyrll
Zahiran, Principal Assistant Secretary in the Malaysian
Foreign Ministry's Disarmament and Non-Proliferation
Division, on November 24. Mr. Shazryll noted that he could
not comment about this issue because he had not yet seen the
full report, but he thanked us for passing along U.S.
comments. We will report back any further response.
