(SBU) Political Officer delivered the reftel demarche on
November 18 to David Maseck, the Czech MFA's Deputy Director
for Non-Proliferation. He appreciated the information, but
was doubtful that the Czech Republic would be able to host
meetings or exercises under the Global Initiative during the
Czech Republic's upcoming EU presidency. He hopes the Czechs
will participate in or host a regional exercise in late 2009
or 2010.
