1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that,
to date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of
human rights for the individuals identified below. These individuals
are candidates for the Targeting and Risk
Management (TRM) Course hosted in Jakarta and sponsored by the U.S.
Department of State Export Control and Related Border Security (EXBS)
and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Agency. The course
schedule runs from November 17 through November 21, 2008. The
approximate U.S. funding for the training is $45,600.
