1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that,
to date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of
human rights for the individuals identified below. These individuals
are candidates for participation in the USAID sponsored, and
ASEAN-WEN facilitated, Support Project Wildlife Enforcement Network
Special Investigation Group Workshop on Pangolin and Big Cats in
Bangkok, Thailand. The workshop will run from November 26-28, 2008.
The approximate U.S. funding for this training is $5,000.
