to date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of

are candidates for participation in the INL/DOJ-ICITAP STANDARD
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM training at the Police Science College
starting on January 6, 2009. The approximate U.S. funding for this
