1. (SBU) Post has conducted an internal review of its files
and has found no evidence of human rights violations
committed by Amirtemirkhon Musaev, Khurshid Shukurov, Anatoli
Milyukov, or Nordirbek Mamadeliev, who have been nominated to
participate in the NATO-Russia counternarcotics training to
be held in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan from November 17-28, 2008.
Post was unable to process Rustam Ibragimov without further
information on his place of birth and nationality.
