2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
the NESA Executive Seminar in USA, which will begin on January 13,
2009. Post vetting was completed on December 03, 2008. Post
requests that vetting be completed by December 22, 2008 to provide
sufficient time for processing. Post requests the department conduct
Leahy vetting for the following candidate:
