1. Post's Emergency Action Committee(EAC) convened December 11, 2008
to discuss reftel, local threat reporting, and security planning for
USINT holiday events.

2. A canvas of USINT representatives determined that there will be a
total of four small-to-medium sized events from December 18-20, 2008
for Section employees. All will be held at private residences and
existing security support has been deemed adequate by the EAC.
