1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.

2. The following individual will attend the Counterdrugs
Operations Course in Ft. Benning, Georgia, from January 5
through March 6, 2009. The names are listed with the surname
