Singapore, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and
International Rubber Study Group, officially notified Post
that neither engage in external borrowing, nor incur
associated interest costs. Attestation from each group will
be transmitted electronically to Cheryl Easley, EUR/IO/EX,
along with the requested copies of the latest invoices. For
