1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that,
as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross
violations of human rights for the individuals identified below.
These individuals are candidates for a JUSMAG Title X Advanced
Security Cooperation course scheduled from January 22, 2009 through
March 11, 2009 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
