to date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of
human rights committed by the individuals identified below. These
individuals are candidates for the ILEA Bangkok Clandestine Lab
Investigation/Chemical Control Course from January 12-23, 2009.

violations by the individuals listed above, post should inform the
Department and not proceed with training.
