1. (SBU) Per reftel, post submitted information on USG
designations of ASSA Corporation and ASSA Co. Ltd to
Elisabeth Ottawa, Terrorism Financing Coordinator in
the Financial Markets Directorate of the Ministry of
Finance (MoF). Post also sent reftel information to
Alfred Lejsek, Head of the MoF's Financial Markets
Unit, as well as to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs'
International Security Cooperation Office.
