Poloff delivered reftel demarche on December 24, to Vesna
Vukovic, head of the MFA's UN office and the Embassy issued a
formal invitation regarding the inaugural meeting of the
Contact Group on Somali Piracy (CGSP), proposed for January
13-14, 2009, in New York City to the Croatian Foreign
Ministry. The Croatian Foreign Ministry responded on
December 31 that Ambassador Mario Nobilo, Director for
Multilateral Affairs will attend the meeting.
