1. This is an action request. See para three.

2. The following candidates have been selected for participation in
Civil Military Observer Course (CMLO) in Bangladesh, which will
begin on September 6, 2009. Post vetting was completed on August
27, 2009. Post requests that vetting be completed by September 3 to
provide sufficient time for processing. Post requests the department
