Vice Foreign Minister Nestor Popolizzio told us that Foreign
Minister Jose Antonio GARCIA BELAUNDE will head the Peruvian
delegation to the United Nations General Assembly. The FM
will be accompanied by MFA Under Secretary for Multilateral
Affairs Luzmila ZANABRIA ISHIKAWA and Peruvian PermRep to the
UN Gonzalo GUTIERREZ.
