1. (SBU) Emboff delivered reftel demarche to Borut Valencic
of the Security Policy Division of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. He opined that the proposal for a single resolution
was a good idea but GOS has not yet made a decision on the
issue. He expects it to be discussed at the EU working group
meeting on September 2 in Brussels.
