1. (SBU) Pol/Econ Off delivered the demarches and non-papers
required by the referenced cables to Ms. Agnese Kalnina, head of the
MFA's Strategic Goods Export Control Division, on August 27, 2009.
Ms. Kalnina said the GOL plans to send a representative to the
September 21-25 Australia Group Plenary, but did not provide a
substantive response.
