On 25 August, Poloff and DATT delivered reftel demarche to Evelin
Loman, NATO Desk Officer at the MFA. Loman affirmed GOE support
for non-lethal, commercial shipments bound for Afghanistan to
transit via Estonia. She also informed that the MFA has provided a
letter of support to one commercial shipper in case questions arise
when coordinating with other Estonian government entities.
