1. (SBU) Updated attendance information for Ethiopia follows:
A. Attendance of the Head of State
-- No plans to attend.
B. Attendance of the Head of Government
-- H.E. Meles Zenawi, Prime Minister
-- Will arrive in New York on September 20 (3:30 AM) to
attend UNGA and related meetings. Will travel from New York
to Pittsburgh on September 24 (arriving 9:00 PM) to attend
the G-20 Summit. Will depart Pittsburgh September 25 (10:00
PM).
-- Azeb Mesfin, First Lady, will accompany the Prime Minister
to New York and Pittsburgh.
-- Interpretation is not required for either the Prime
Minister or First Lady.
C. Attendance of the Foreign Minister
