1. This is an action request.

2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidates from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated for
training in the United States.

3. The name of the proposed candidate follows:

POSITION: Staff Major/Operations Officer in 2nd Brigade ISOF

TYPE OF TRAINING: Counter Terrorism Executive Seminar
