2. (SBU) We received notification from the Ukrainian MFA desk
officer responsible for the UN Human Rights Council, Svitlana
Pereverten, that the GOU will co-sponsor the USG's draft
resolution on freedom of expression (reftels).

3. (SBU) Ms. Pereverten requested information regarding the
USG position on the Gaza conflict report that will be
considered by the Council on September 29.

4. (SBU) Action request: We request guidance about the USG
position on the Gaza conflict report that is releasable to
the GOU.
