1.(U) On September 10, Poloff delivered reftel demarche to
MIREX Acting Director of Americas Isabel Razenda, who thanked
Poloff for USG views and stated that she would forward the
information to GRA missions in Geneva and New York. She had
no further comment, nor did she reveal any GRA intention to
introduce or support any human rights resolutions.
