SUBJECT: Labor Law does not impact NEC Construction Project

REF: MAPUTO 0917

1. As per REFTEL, Post does not foresee any impact whatsoever on
New Embassy Compound (NEC) construction project due to Mozambican
labor law. Post also notes several large construction projects
already underway in country, which have not been adversely affected
by current Mozambican labor law.
