for the Government of Estonia. Post will provide more updates as

3. (SBU) Foreign Minister. Foreign Minister Urmas Paet will
attend, he is tentatively scheduled to arrive in New York City on
September 21 and depart on September 25-more information on his
schedule is forthcoming.
