ESTH Counselor made reftel demarche and sent diplomatic note and aide-memoire to the UK's Permanent Representative to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Simon Cockburn and to Stephen Taylor at the Foreign Commonwealth Office's (FCO) International Organization office on September 24, 2009. 2. Emboffs also made reftel points to numerous IMO Perm Reps and Maritime Attaches at the Maritime Day reception at the IMO on September 24, 2009.
