1. This is an action request.

2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidates from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated to
take part in site visits to police and emergency agencies in
National Capital Region in the United States.
