COURSE, NOVEMBER 1-12, 2009.

1. This is an action request. See para three.

2. The following candidates have been selected for participation in
the ATA - Interdicting Terrorist Attacks course, In Dhaka,
Bangladesh, which will begin November 1-12- 21, 2009. Post vetting
was completed on 10/14/09. Post requests that vetting be completed
by 10/27/09 to provide sufficient time for processing. Post requests
the department conduct Leahy vetting for the following candidates:
