1. In response to reftel, Post identifies the following
officer as the point of contact for all maritime research
clearance requests:

Christopher M. Nyce, Economic officer
Tour dates: present*August 2010
2. In a recent maritime research vessel clearance request,
the Nicaraguan Ministry of Foreign Relations required
approximately two weeks to provide the necessary clearance
following receipt of our diplomatic note.
